Biography

Fred Choy has been a full time *Realtor since 1990, and joined Re/Max in 1993. He specializes in real estate investments including mixed-used commercial/residential properties, industrial/warehouse buildings, hotels, motels, strip malls, shopping plazas as well as single family homes, townhomes, condominiums and land assembly on redevelopments. Fred's area of business lies within Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and some Mandarin.
